 by the Washington State Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.

Subject headings link to specific cases and full text slip opinions. 
Slip opinions do not necessarily represent the court's final decision 
in the case since they are subject to reconsideration, modification orders, 
editorial corrections, and withdrawal. The official reports advance sheets 
and bound volumes supersede the slip opinions.

However, please note that the state judiciary maintains links to the text 
of slip opinions for only a short time, so copy or download an opinion 
if you want to preserve it.

Unpublished cases have no precedential value and cannot be cited as authority 
under RAP 10.4(h). State v. Sigman, 118 Wn.2d 442, 444 n.1, (1992); see also RCW 2.06.040
