Directory Terms and Conditions

In the event a directory submission is not included or is published correctly, the sole liability of Washington Family Law Reporter (WFLR) and Catalyst Publications, Inc. shall, at the option of WFLR, be limited to either a refund of the inclusion fee or placement of a directory submission at a later time in the same or comparable position. In no event shall WFLR or Catlayst Publications, Inc. be responsible for any consequential, special, lost profits or other damages arising from any failure to timely or correctly publish any directory submission. Without limiting the foregoing, WFLR and Catalyst Publications, Inc. shall not have any liability for any failure or delay resulting from any governmental action, fire, flood, insurrection, earthquake, power failure, riot, explosion,, embargo, strikes, whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown or any other condition beyond the control of WFLR or Catalyst Publications, Inc. affecting production or delivery in any manner. WFLR and Catalyst Publications, Inc. are not liable for any unexpected errors as far as incorrect links, misspellings, or incorrect listings. Any individual or entities submitting information for the directory represent and warrant that they have the right and authority to publish the contents and materials herein, including any links thereto. In no way can any individual or entity hold WFLR or Catalyst Publications, Inc. responsible for any infringements of a third party and any individual or entity submitting information agrees to indemnify and hold WFLR harmless from any and all expenses or losses related thereto.
