Washington Court Cases The following table is an index to cases decided by the Washington State Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. The listing may not include all court opinions. Most recently filed court opinions are located at http://www.courts.wa.gov/opinions/ To find historic case law, you can visit http://www.legalwa.org/ Note: Case links become inactive when the state judiciary removes the opinions from its website, i.e. 90 days after initial posting. Unpublished cases have no precedential value and cannot be cited as authority under RAP
