The following table is an index to cases decided by the Washington State Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.   The listing may not include all court opinions.  Most recently filed court opinions are located at http://www.courts.wa.gov/opinions/  To find historic case law, you can visit http://www.legalwa.org/

Note:  Case links become inactive when the state judiciary removes the opinions from its website, i.e. 90 days after initial posting.  WFLR does not independently maintain or store the cases.  WFLR assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the slip opinions, as published by the State of Washington.

Unpublished cases have no precedential value and cannot be cited as authority under RAP 10.4(h). State v. Sigman, 118 Wn.2d 442, 444 n.1, (1992); see also RCW 2.06.040
"Decisions determined not to have precedential value shall not be published."

Links to the extent they remain active are to the state database which contains slip opinions. Slip opinions do not necessarily represent the court's final decision in the case since they are subject to reconsideration, modification orders, editorial corrections, and withdrawal.
